A key safety advantage of EPP moulded foams is that it can sustain multiple impacts, following an impact EPP will return to its original shape without any substantial signs that it has been deformed.

In addition to automotive parts, this repetitive impact protection, weight reduction and flexibility in terms of development means EPP suitable for protective sports padding. Skins can also be added to provide a level of protection against ballistics.
